Our mission at Fundación Gonzalo Aponte is to support the holistic development and sustainable growth of Puerto Rico’s communities by directly supporting education, arts & culture, sustainability, and more. For over five decades, our family and partners have dedicated themselves to fostering resilience, empowering communities, and nurturing a vibrant future for Puerto Rico.
Through strategic partnerships and unwavering commitment, we strive to cultivate a society where every Puerto Rican individual has the opportunity to flourish and contribute to a thriving community.

FGA Scholarship Fund
Through Fundación Comunitaria de Puerto Rico, FGA has donated over $1 million in college scholarship funds to dozens of students from various Puerto Rican communities. Applications are open on an annual basis and can be accessed through FCPR.org.

We believe that by enriching the lives of our children, we can maintain a radiant future for Puerto Rico. FGA proudly sponsors a multitude of schools and youth programs around the island, from Toa Baja, to Loiza, and beyond. Specifically, these programs provide primary education, music/arts/culture education, extracurricular activities, athletic opportunities, and volunteer/work opportunities, often times for at-risk youth.

FGA supports environmental actions, awareness, and education. Our goal is to spread our environmental impact across the coast, offering beach cleanups, community amenities, and more, from Rio Grande to Isabela.
